Our mission
We’re working to bring new life to dry, abandoned land in Cyprus and Mediterranean region by planting carob trees — hardy local endemic tree. This tree doesn’t just survive the heat it bears wonderful fruits, help rebuild the soil, support biodiversity, and make the land productive again with minimal watering.
We place carob trees at the heart of our multilayer system, interplanting them with native, drought-resilient species like olives, prickly pears, figs, aromatic herbs that thrive in dryland conditions and deliver sustainably healthy food.
We adhere to climate-smart farming principles, using superabsorbent polymers to significantly reduce water consumption and alleviate drought stress in plants.

Our premium carob seeds are sourced from Duraio, SDC, and H13P varieties — recognized for their high galactomannan content and consistent seed quality, making them ideal for Locust Bean Gum (LBG) production and plant-based protein extraction.
Olive oil
Cold-pressed from native Cypriot olives, our organic extra virgin olive oil is rich, smooth, and naturally full of antioxidants. Grown on sun-soaked, regenerative groves, this oil captures the true taste of the Mediterranean —fresh, bold, and beautifully balanced.
